Sofia Salas is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Bell Textron, where they contribute to innovative engineering projects. They previously held various roles at Bell Flight, including Mechanical Systems Engineer, and gained experience as a Factory Specialist at the University of North Texas. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Energy Engineering with a minor in Math, Sofia seeks to inspire young girls to pursue engineering careers and wants to be recognized alongside famous engineers in the field.
