Tyson Henry

Tyson Henry is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the IPT Manager for Rotors and Drives at Bell Flight, where responsibilities include managing stress, fatigue, and design analysis for a commercial development program. Previously, Tyson worked as a Structural Engineer at Butler Aerospace & Defense, focusing on the analysis of drive systems and rotor parts for type certification compliance. Tyson’s prior experience includes roles as a Drive Systems Engineer at Bell Flight and a Stress Analyst/Structural Engineer at Triumph Aerostructures, where design optimization and complex finite element modeling were key duties. Tyson began a career in education as a Mathematics Teacher at DISD, specializing in Algebra and Advanced Quantitative Reasoning. Tyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, both from The University of Texas at Arlington.
