Anabelle Klusmann

Anabelle Klusmann has extensive work experience in various roles related to enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and test management. Anabelle started their career as a Trainee at Endress+Hauser InfoServe GmbH + Co. KG in 2006. After that, they worked as a DHBW Student and then as a Project Assistant at Bell Food Group AG from 2010 to 2014. Anabelle then transitioned to a Test Manager role from 2015 to 2015 before becoming the Head of Test Management from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Head of SAP Application Lifecycle Management at Bell Food Group AG. Anabelle'smost recent role was as the Head of Application Lifecycle Management, where they oversaw the ALM department and led the implementation of various ITSM tools and SAP Solution Manager. Anabelle was also responsible for budget management, external audits, and coordination of external service providers. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Head of Enterprise Architecture and Applications at Bell Food Group AG.

Anabelle Klusmann began their education in 2010 at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics in 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications over the years. In 2019, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2015, they received the ISTQB/SAQ Certified Tester, Advanced Level - Test Analyst, as well as the ISTQB/SAQ Certified Tester, Advanced Level - Testmanager certifications from SAQ Swiss Association for Quality. In 2014, they obtained the ISTQB/SAQ Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification. Anabelle also holds the SAP Certified - Associate Business Foundation & Integration with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 certification from SAP Global Certification, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained the Ausbildung der Ausbilder (AdA) certification from the Industrie- und Handelskammer (Chambers of Commerce & Industry) in 2013. Finally, in 2011, they received the Basic Certificate Project Management from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to furthering their knowledge and expertise in various areas.
