Michael Gloor

Michael Gloor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael started their career as an Intern at AFS-USA in 1998, followed by a role as an Instructor at Megarem in 1999. In 2000, they joined IBM as a Project Coordinator. Later, they became a Customer Consultant Retail at Migrosbank from 1996 to 2001. From 2002 to 2009, Gloor worked at Ciba Specialty Chemicals Inc., starting as an Internal Auditor and gradually progressing to become the Regional Head of Internal Audit EMEA and then the Project Manager of the CEO Project Office. In 2010, they joined Bell Food Group AG as the Head of Internal Audit, responsible for managing the audit department, conducting audits, and coordinating internal controls activities. In 2013, they took on the additional role of Chief Compliance Officer. Gloor briefly served as the CEO of ZIMBO CZECHIA in 2015 and then continued their career at Bell Food Group AG. Overall, Gloor has gained expertise in internal audit, project management, restructuring, and process implementation throughout their career.

Michael Gloor's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business and Economics degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Basel, which they completed between 1994 and 2000.
