Theodor Pulver has extensive work experience in the food industry. Theodor started their career in 1994 at MARINEX SA, where they worked as a Bereichsleiter until 2013. In 2013, they joined Bell Food Group AG as the Head of Purchasing Seafood.

Theodor Pulver began their education in 1988 at EHL, where they received a diploma in Hôtelier-Restaurateur in 1989. In 2017, they attended Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Leadership. The following year, in 2018, Pulver obtained a degree as a Fischsommelier IHK from Handelskammer Bremen. In 2019, they returned to Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts to pursue another CAS degree, this time in Betriebswirtschaft.
