Jennifer is an experienced corporate transactions lawyer. In particular, she advises on private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and equity capital raisings.

​​Jennifer is a partner in Bell Gully’s market-leading corporate team. She advises corporates, private equity and sovereign wealth funds on both the buy and sell sides. Jennifer advises on transactions in a variety of industries including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing and industrial, technology and telecommunications.

Recent work highlights include advising Vodafone Group Plc on its sale of Vodafone NZ for NZ$3.4 billion and acting for Fletcher Building on the divestments of Formica Group for NZ$1.2 billion, the Roof Tile Group and Sims Pacific Metals.​

Jennifer is focused on assisting clients with delivering complex transactions in a timely manner and providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice. Jennifer is ranked as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022. A previous edition described her as an “up-and-coming junior partner with a sharp and enquiring mind”.

Jennifer returned to Bell Gully in 2015 after four and a half years working in the corporate team of the London office of Herbert Smith Freehills. During Jennifer's time in London, she worked on a number of complex cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures.​
