Khim Nah

Khim is experienced in advising on a broad range of property transactions, both in New Zealand and Australia.

​​​​​​Khim has extensive experience in all aspects of property transactions with a particular focus on leasing. She has acted for several large commercial and retail landlord and tenant clients, both in New Zealand and Australia, advising them on all aspects of their leasing arrangements.

Her transactional experience includes the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, and other complex transactions such as sale and leaseback arrangements. She also has experience advising on Overseas Investment Office regulatory requirements for the acquisition of property by international investors.

Prior to joining Bell Gully, Khim worked in Sydney where she acted for Investa Property Group, one of the largest owners of commercial and office property in Australia. She was responsible for managing their New South Wales properties.

Before working in Sydney, Khim worked for another top tier law firm in New Zealand for eight years.
