Sian Field is currently the Head of HR at Bell Integration, having joined the company in 2025. Previously, Sian held various HR roles at Tesco Stores Ltd from 1997 to 2016, later serving as a Lead People Partner there from 2017 to 2019. Sian also worked as a Senior HR Regional Partner at Amazon from 2022 to 2025 and was an HR Business Partner Consultant from 2019 to 2022. Sian is pursuing a Bachelor of Music Hons degree at the Royal College of Music and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD.
