Dave Deltgen

Dave Deltgen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dave held the position of VP of Operations at Bell Laboratories, Inc. starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Manufacturing, leading and developing careers for over 350 people at the company's World Headquarters. Before that, they worked as the Manufacturing Manager, overseeing 200+ employees and various departments involved in plastics production. Their earlier experience includes the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Bell Laboratories, Inc.

Prior to joining Bell Laboratories, Inc., Deltgen served as the Production Manager at Ogden Manufacturing from June 2000 to November 2002. Dave also gained valuable experience at MarquipWardUnited, where they held several positions, including Assistant Manufacturing Manager and Controls Manufacturing Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for managing electronic control panel shops, manufacturing engineering, and supervising production staff.

Dave Deltgen attended Herzing University from 1985 to 1987, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Dave then attended Upper Iowa University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
