Troy Ryba has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within research and development. Troy is currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development at Bell Laboratories, Inc., a position they have held since October 2021. Troy Ryba has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, which was obtained from 1993 to 1997. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education at the UT Southwestern Medical Center from 1997 to 2000, focusing on Biomedical Research Graduate Studies. Troy then attended the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2005, obtaining a Ph.D. in Synthetic Chemistry. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, Troy Ryba was a NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at Scripps Research, specializing in Synthetic Chemistry.
