Chad Kauffman

Chad Kauffman currently serves as General Manager at Bell & McCoy Companies, a role held since June 2016, where a strong emphasis is placed on maintaining close relationships with customers and manufacturers while fostering a family-oriented company culture. Prior to this, Chad was the Vice President of Sales at Innovative-IDM from September 2013 to May 2016, overseeing all sales and business development operations and contributing to the executive team. Chad also held the position of Regional Sales Director at SMC from March 1997 to August 2013, focused on manufacturing pneumatic technology for industrial automation. Chad Kauffman earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution, Engineering from Texas A&M University, graduating in 1994.
