Jerome Armstrong

Jerome Armstrong is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and Mac support. Currently, as a Bell Media System Administrator Specialist with a Jamf 200 certification, Jerome has been with Bell Media since July 2018. Prior work includes serving as the Head MAC Analyst at CompuCom, where responsibilities included managing all Macs in the environment and facilitating network access. Jerome also played a key role in implementing Jamf management access for a design studio at the Bank of Montreal. Previous experience includes working as an Apple Certified Mac Technician from October 2008 to March 2017 and serving as a Shift Lead at Rogers Communications from October 2000 to August 2008. Education includes an Apple Hardware Certification from Apple Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Seneca Polytechnic.
