Kristen Stais

Kristen Stais is an accomplished Senior Product Manager at Bell Media, with extensive experience in managing digital transformation and enhancing customer experiences across multiple media brands. Since January 2018, Kristen has led initiatives to migrate Canada's largest media brands to a unified publishing platform while ensuring user satisfaction and efficient editorial workflows. Prior roles include overseeing the video customer experience team and managing digital product for CTV News, where Kristen facilitated communication between technical and editorial teams and transformed analytics into actionable insights. Prior to joining Bell Media, Kristen was a Digital Content Producer at CTV News, leading digital editorial and production efforts. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University, along with a certificate in Senior Product Management from Product School.
