Robert Knapp is an experienced Senior Infrastructure Architect at Bell since July 2000, where responsibilities include coordinating integrations from an Identity and Access Management perspective. Simultaneously, Robert serves as the Manager of the IT Help Desk for Bell Media, also starting in June 2000, overseeing a team of Desktop and Help Desk technicians, managing IT on-Air support, and being the escalation point for Help Desk and Desktop teams. Robert has led the yearly evergreening of all PCs and laptops for CTV and played a crucial role in the technical integration of a 2 Way Trust between CTV and Bell domains.
