Shannon Burns

Shannon Burns is an experienced radio host currently serving as the Midday Host for Virgin Radio at Bell Media since April 2015, with broadcasts across multiple Canadian cities including Toronto and Montreal. Previous roles at Bell Media include Etalk Reporter, Announcer for iHeartRadio Nights, and various positions at 104.9 Virgin Radio. Prior to Bell Media, Shannon worked as a Cineplex Pre-show Host at Cineplex Entertainment and as a Morning Show Co-Host/News Anchor at Rogers Communications. Additional experience includes a role as Promotions Coordinator with Harvard Broadcasting, as well as a Faculty Assistant position at Niagara College. Shannon holds an Advanced Diploma in TV & Radio Presentation from Niagara College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
