Rick Sheppard

Rick Sheppard is currently working as a Technical Specialist Lead at BellMTS, with previous experience as a Senior Technical Specialist at MTS Communications Inc and MTS Allstream. Prior to this, Rick worked as a Systems Services Representative at IBM Canada Ltd and as a Multivendor Customer Services Representative at Digital Equipment of Canada Ltd. Rick's early career included a role as a Computer Technologist at Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. Rick attended Red River College Polytechnic, where Rick obtained diplomas in Computer Analyst Programmer, Computer Technology, and Electrical Technology.
