David Webster

David Webster is a partner at Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP, where tenure since May 2013 includes notable successes such as securing a $1 million judgment in a breach of contract case and overseeing the receivership and sale of a $64 million luxury hotel in Houston, Texas. Previous experience includes serving as a Judge Advocate General for the U.S. Army and Texas Army National Guard, managing legal matters for military operations, and owning Webster Legal Associates PLLC, where contract drafting and corporate filing were primary responsibilities. In-house legal tenure at H-E-B Center and the Dallas Stars AHL Team involved managing litigation and negotiating contracts with major companies.
