Heath Cheek is a seasoned litigation partner at Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP since June 2009, with expertise in various areas including General Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Labor/Employment, Real Estate Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Probate Litigation. Prior to this role, Heath served as an associate attorney at Hunton & Williams LLP and Jenkens & Gilchrist, where the focus was on Commercial Litigation in fields such as antitrust, securities, real estate, energy, banking, and employment law. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in History and Political Science from Texas Tech University.
