Theresa Franklin

Director, Intellectual Disability Services at BELL SOCIALIZATION SERVICES INC

Theresa Franklin has been working in the field of intellectual disability services for over 25 years. Theresa began their career as an assistant program coordinator and lifesharing program specialist at Bell Socialization Services. Theresa then became a residential program supervisor and eventually the director of ID services. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the intellectual disability program at BELL SOCIALIZATION SERVICES INC. In addition to their work in the field, Theresa is also an adjunct instructor at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York, where they teach courses in personal care home administration and intro to I/DD. Theresa is also a direct support professional and has worked with Shadowfax Corp for 17 years.

Theresa Franklin has a Bachelor of Arts from Ashford University in Health and Human Services from 2012-2014 and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Harrisburg Area Community College from 2007-2012.
