Derek Castro

Derek Castro is currently employed as a Deskside Support Engineer at Bell Techlogix, Inc., starting in October 2023 under a contract with L3Harris. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Support Specialist at Freedom Forever from June 2021 to June 2023 and at THE LOT from September 2020 to January 2021. Derek also worked as a Bank Teller at Union Bank from March 2019 to June 2019, where responsibilities included providing customer service and cross-selling banking products. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Valet Driver at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa from May 2016 to January 2019, ensuring the safety and proper handling of vehicles. Derek holds a degree in Information Systems and Technology with a focus on Cyber Security from California State University-San Bernardino, graduated in 2020.
