Terry Burke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in field services and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Field Services at Bell Techlogix, Inc. since July 2020, Terry focuses on customer service, relations, and complex issue resolution while leading the Deskside Support team. Prior roles include Regional Director of IT Services for Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, where strategic leadership for endpoint management was provided across various geographies, and IT Systems Manager, where Terry transformed the Help Desk and Desktop Support teams. Previously, at The Indianapolis Star, Terry held positions as IT Team Leader and Developer, overseeing IT operations and application development. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Indiana State University.
