Katie Berens is an experienced professional currently serving as a Membership Coordinator at Bella Collina since April 2022 and as a Club Lounge Concierge at Loews Hotels & Co since August 2019. In addition to these roles, Katie has contributed to THE BAUMGARTNER COMPANY as a Student Housing Manager’s Assistant, where responsibilities included managing townhouse complexes and maintaining tenant records. Previous experience also includes positions at Manzano's Deli, Equine Villa, McAlister's Deli, and the Sports Medicine Institute, demonstrating strong customer service, organizational skills, and safety management. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Stetson University, with concentrations in psychology, sociology, and history.
