Ray McCreadie

Ray McCreadie has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ray started their career as a Managing Director at ARC Associates (Cumbria) Ltd in 2007. In 2012, they joined LEAN TeamGB as a Business Coach. Ray then worked as a Lean Business Coach at Albert Bartlett & Sons Limited in 2016 and S A Partners in 2015. In 2018, they took on the role of a Lean Business Coach at Armstrong Watson and also worked as a Freelance Columnist at in-cumbria. In 2021, they joined Bella & Duke as a Lean Business Coach. Additionally, they worked as a Director/Lean Business Coach at John Chapman Ltd from 2016 to 2020, where they played a key role in brand development and improving operational performance. Currently, they are a Business Adviser at Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, where they focus on workforce development services for SMEs in Cumbria. Ray McCreadie has a diverse education history. Ray first attended the University of Glasgow from 1969 to 1973, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at The Open University from 1988 to 1991. During this time, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Change Management. In 1996 to 1998, McCreadie attended The University of Huddersfield, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. Lastly, McCreadie attended George Group from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Master Black Belt in Lean Sigma.
