Paul Felipe

Paul Felipe is a seasoned industry professional with extensive experience in hairstyling and education spanning over two decades. As a Stylist and Manager at Sloanes Beauty Bar since April 2019, and previously as a Haircutting and Haircolor Specialist at the same establishment since February 2018, Paul consistently emphasizes high standards of customer service and technical knowledge sharing among colleagues. Past roles include Stylist/Educator at Bella Salon and Spa, and Stylist/Trainer at Sunbear Salon & Medical Spa, with a focus on developing training programs for new stylists. As the Director of Education at New Reflections Salon, Paul created innovative training initiatives, including a "Train the Trainer" curriculum. Additionally, Paul is the former owner of Felipe an Aveda Lifestyle Salon. Paul holds a cosmetology degree from Aveda Institute-Minneapolis, supplemented by earlier education at Century College.
