As the Principal Owner of Casa Verde LLC since October 2017, David focuses on providing affordable housing and renovating unlivable homes. In addition, David has been the Principal Owner of Champion Hill Self Storage since January 2021 and a Licensed Realtor at Bellabay Realty since August 2018. David's background in insurance includes roles as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Farmers Insurance, a Senior Underwriter and Specialty Lines Underwriter at Foremost Insurance, and a Catastrophe Claims Adjuster at Farmers Insurance. Earlier career positions include Property Claims Adjuster, Data Entry and Market Research, and a Recruiter Intern. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Grand Valley State University and an Associate's degree in Arts from Grand Rapids Community College.
