With a strong real estate background that includes roles as a licensed real estate agent since April 2018 and operations director at Lanes Collective, Elena possesses comprehensive knowledge of landlord and tenant law, tenant screening, budget management, and maintenance oversight. Previous experience also includes event coordination and management at various venues, coupled with a BBA in Fashion Marketing and Merchandising Management from Northwood University.
