Carlos Jiménez serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Bellarmine College Preparatory, where responsibilities include supporting community awareness of diverse differences and directing the school's Outreach program for first-generation college-bound students. Carlos also teaches Latino American Studies and Spanish, having developed curricula for various high school levels. As a facilitator for the Parent Institute for Quality Education, Carlos empowers low-income and immigrant parents through bilingual workshops focused on navigating the education system. Additional roles include evaluating scholarships for Latino students at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, owning a juice bar, and directing youth leadership training programs. Carlos holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of San Francisco.
