Head of AI For Space at Bellatrix Aerospace

Gautam Ramachandra has a varied work experience. Gautam started their career as the Founder/President of inTalks in 2014, a student organization comprised of passionate students. Gautam then worked as a Research Engineer at the National Aerospace Laboratories from 2015 to 2016, where they designed and developed an Autopilot Controller for Micro Aerial Vehicles using Zynq. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Mentor at Udacity and a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). In 2017, they were the Founder/Engineer of upamanyuai, where they open sourced neuroprosthetics and neuromorphic computing tools developed using principles of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. Gautam also received 30000$ GCP credits by Google for R&D. In 2018, they were the Founder/Chief Technology Officer of Phasm Analytics, where they built an AI Engine that minimized the need for manual intervention in the legal space, and partnered with IBM and sold the product to a MNC. Gautam also was a Visiting Faculty at Acharya Institutes in 2018. Currently, Gautam Ramachandra is the Head of AI For Space at Bellatrix Aerospace since 2022 and an EM at Google since 2022.

Gautam Ramachandra's education history includes a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2011 to 2015, a Machine Learning Nanodegree from Udacity from 2015 to 2016, a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity in 2017, Pre University College from SVEI from 2009 to 2011, and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mysore from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Gautam Ramachandra has obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as Coursera Course Certificates, Udacity, ALISON - Free Online Learning, The Linux Foundation, edX, and Oracle.
