Carmel Harkin

Carmel Harkin is a senior manager with extensive experience in law, risk, audit, governance, and project management. They have previously served as NIIS Program Manager and General Manager at Qld Treasury, as well as held various leadership roles at Suncorp Group, including Associate General Counsel. Currently, they work as a Claims Director at QGIF and serve as a lawyer for the Human Research Ethics Committee at Bellberry. Carmel holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Law from Queensland University of Technology and has a strong track record in facilitating effective collaboration and negotiation with stakeholders.
