Danielle Caston Strazzini

Danielle Caston Strazzini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the recruitment and finance sectors. As the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of BellCast Partners since 2010, Danielle has specialized in executive search for Private Equity firms and Alternative Asset Managers, successfully placing candidates across various levels. Prior to this, Danielle served as Managing Director at CPI from 2003 to 2010 and held leadership roles at eSpeed as Vice President of Sales and FamilyWonder.com as Vice President of Business Development. Danielle's career began at Nomura Securities, where responsibilities included work in the commercial mortgage-backed securitization group and entertainment finance practice. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and attended Newark Academy.
