Stephannie Herran is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in both general and special education. Currently serving as a Research Associate at BellCast Partners since November 2021, Stephannie previously spent a decade at the NYC Department of Education, holding various teaching roles, including Dual Language Teacher and Self-Contained Special Education Teacher. Skilled in developing multi-sensory lesson plans for grades K-5, Stephannie has a strong background in creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating with educational teams to support students with diverse needs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and TESOL, along with a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Education and Childhood Special Education from New York University.
