David Kikumoto

David received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah, pursued graduate studies in accounting at the University of Utah, graduated from the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago, and graduated from the National Association of Corporate Directors training. In 2001, David founded Denver Management Advisors (DMA), Inc., and still serves as the founder and chairman. DMA has offices in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and Sandy, Utah. David served as the president of product development and payor contracting for MEDNAX from 2019 until 2021. He served as chairman of the board for Air Methods and has served on the board of directors of Banner Health since 2013.
