Deb Joyce

Deb Joyce has significant experience in community lending and financial management, currently serving as the Director of Community Lending at Community First Fund since September 2021, following roles as Senior Community Lender and Operations Manager. Previous positions include Branch Manager at Members 1st Federal Credit Union and Citadel Federal Credit Union, Market Manager at Citadel Federal Credit Union, and Lending Manager at ASSETS Lancaster. Deb Joyce's early career included roles as a Homeownership Counselor at PathStone Corporation and Customer Service/Head Teller at F&M Trust Co.
