Joan Smith

Joan Smith currently serves as the Senior Manager of Lifecycle & Brand Marketing at Belle Tire since July 2025. Prior to this role, Joan held various positions at Rocket from November 2021 to July 2025, including Senior Growth Manager for Rocket Loans and marketing campaign management roles within Rocket Mortgage. Joan has significant experience in higher education marketing, having worked as a Senior Marketing Account Manager at Oakland University from January 2018 to November 2021, where additional roles included part-time lecturer and unit marketing coordinator. Previous experience includes the Marketing & Communications Manager position at Macomb-OU Incubator and an assistant role at Allen Gallery. Joan holds a Master's Degree in Communication and two Bachelor's Degrees in Advertising, Journalism, and Graphic Design, all from Oakland University.
