Meaghan Coltrain

Meaghan Coltrain is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and culinary arts. Currently serving as Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Bellerive Country Club since May 2021, Meaghan previously held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Niche Food Group from October 2018 to April 2019 and at Missouri Athletic Club from October 2015 to September 2018. Meaghan's educational background includes training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
