Michael Schwent

Michael Schwent is an experienced firefighter currently serving at Belleville Fire Department since February 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Head of Maintenance at Blessed Sacrament School from July 2020 to February 2022. Michael's career also includes working as Quality Assurance Lab Tech Lead at Rawlings Sporting Goods from October 2015 to April 2020, and as Flooring Specialist at The Home Depot between October 2017 and November 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Coach at HIBBETT SPORTS from February 2009 to October 2013. Michael earned an Associate Degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Columbia Southern University between 2018 and 2020 and attended St. Charles Community College from 2008 to 2009.
