Rick Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rick started their career in 1989 as a Regional Account Executive at Munsingwear. Rick then worked as a Senior Account Executive at Russell Athletic from 1992 to 1995, where they developed a successful licensed apparel program for the Carolina Panthers. From 1995 to 2000, Rick served as a Strategic Account Executive at Nike, representing their apparel to major department stores and pioneering the launch of the Nike Golf line. Rick then became the Vice President of Sales at Drew Shoe Corporation from 2001 to 2004, leading a turnaround and achieving significant sales growth in the diabetic category. From 2004 to 2007, Rick was the Vice President of Sales at The Hartwell Group/Top Threads, where they led sales efforts in various markets and developed new contract embroidery sales with major companies. Rick then joined The Neff Company as the Director of Sales from 2008 to 2011, leading a sales team serving secondary school and collegiate markets and developing licensed programs for championship recognition products. Currently, Rick is the Director of Tactical Sales at Belleville Boot Company, where they manage and acts as the main liaison for the company with a nationwide independent sales rep agency. Rick also directs and manages key dealers in the commercial military market.
Rick Elliott attended Western Carolina University from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued further education at Winthrop University from 1980 to 1981, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also in Business Administration.
