Stephen Rhoades

Stephen Rhoades is a highly experienced manufacturing executive currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Belleville Boot Company, overseeing four manufacturing facilities and ensuring top-quality production of combat boots for military and law enforcement. Rhoades also works as an Executive Consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group while previously holding an Operations Manager position at Amazon, where STL8 achieved the top rank in the network for stow SLA efficiency. Rhoades spent 33 years at General Motors in various leadership roles, including Director of Body Operations, Director of Paint Operations, and Director of Manufacturing Engineering, achieving significant improvements in profitability and quality metrics. Rhoades holds both a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Kettering University.
