Helen Monson is a highly experienced employment lawyer with a diverse background in legal consultancy and partnership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant Employment Lawyer at both Bellevue Law and Maddox Legal Limited since June 2022 and December 2019 respectively, Helen also holds the position of Director at Lotus Law Limited, which specializes in providing comprehensive employment law consultancy services to firms in London and the Thames Valley since January 2011. Prior roles include Partner and Head of the Employment Team at Field Seymour Parkes, Associate at Shoosmiths, and Senior Associate at Fox Williams. Helen began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor/Solicitor at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. Academically, Helen holds a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Laws from Aberystwyth University.
