Rick Daugherty has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as an Investigator with the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) since November 2007. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Lieutenant with the Bellevue Police Department. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Washington State University.
