Claire McGee

Claire Drawe is a dedicated special education teacher currently employed at Bellevue Public Schools since August 2017, with responsibilities including teaching various math courses and serving as the department chair and SEPIA Club facilitator. Claire has extensive experience in special education, having previously worked in multiple school districts, including Saint Paul Public Schools and Minneapolis Public Schools. Offering a strong foundation in inclusive education practices and curriculum implementation, Claire has effectively supported diverse learners, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Claire holds a Master of Science in Education from Syracuse University and multiple degrees in psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Additionally, prior roles include working as a permanent substitute teacher and a various educational capacities, along with unique experiences at Walt Disney World and Frightmare Farms.
