Cindy Rogan

Cindy Rogan is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator currently working with BTS Spark and BTS since September 2021. Cindy has been involved with the Bellevue School District as an executive coach and executive director of schools since August 2011. In addition, Cindy serves as a Danforth Program Advocate at the University of Washington. Previous roles include serving as principal coach and mentor in the Edmonds School District and as an elementary school principal in both the Edmonds and Shoreline School Districts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from Western Washington University, a Master of Education from Lesley University, and credentials from the Danforth Educational Leadership Program at the University of Washington, along with a coaching credential obtained from Seattle Coach.
