Rocio Gonzalez is an experienced educator with a focus on Spanish language instruction. Currently serving as a National Board Certified Spanish Teacher at Bellevue School District since 2002 and a Spanish Teacher at Bellevue College since 2008, Rocio has significantly contributed to Spanish language education in diverse settings. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Education from Western Washington University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Skagit Valley College. Additionally, Rocio has engaged with the National Boards for Professional Teaching Standards since 2009, holding a certification in World Languages - Spanish. Past involvement includes membership with Mujeres of the Northwest from 2010 to 2011.
