Ryan Frascella

Ryan Frascella is a Senior Associate at Bellevue Strategies, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Ryan held various positions at Temple University, including Associate Director of Federal Relations, Manager of Local Government Affairs & Civic Engagement, and Government Affairs Coordinator from April 2019 to January 2024. Ryan also served as Legislative Director for the City Council of Philadelphia from December 2018 to April 2019 and completed internships at Philadelphia International Airport and Duane Morris Government Strategies. Ryan began a career in public service as an intern with Philadelphia City Council in early 2017. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University (2021-2024) and a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication with a minor in Political Science from Temple University (2015-2018).
