Javier Fernandez

Javier Fernandez is the current Chief Financial Officer at Bellevue University. Javier has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Omaha Public Power District and the Bonneville Power Administration. Javier's experience also includes investment banking services in public finance with D.A. Davidson & Co. as Senior Vice President, Public Finance. Prior to that, they were a Vice President with Seattle-Northwest Securities. Javier's professional career began in 1996 as an Ejecutivo de Cuenta with Bancomext and they interned with General Electric in 2001.

Javier Fernandez holds an MBA from Yale School of Management with a concentration in finance and strategy. Javier also has a B.S. in economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
