Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is the Executive Vice President of Administrative Services at Bellevue University. Prior to their current role, Davis served as a Human Resources Manager for the United States Air Force from 1987 to 2007. In this role, they were responsible for organizing, planning, developing, and directing the implementation and administration of the Air Force Human Resource Management function (business unit level), which included programs like recruiting, training and development, performance management, employee relations, awards and recognition, employee health and safety, employee drug testing, employee orientation, employee retention, employee assistance, absence management, human resource information systems management, equal employment opportunity, employee tuition assistance, and human resource strategic planning. Matthew is also a Certified Enterprise Blockchain Architect from the Blockchain Academy and has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. Additionally, they have Associates degrees in Human Resources and Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
