Rich Koch

Dean, College of Design and Development at Bellevue University

Rich Koch is currently the Dean of the College of Design and Development at Bellevue University. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Learning Design Consultant at Gallup from 2011-2018 where they were responsible for translating research into practical learning interventions that drove organizational change and performance outcomes for clients. Koch has also served in various other roles at Bellevue University including Director of Corporate Development and Director of Instructional Technology. Koch began their career in 1986 as a SSgt in the USAF where they served until 1998.

Rich Koch has a Master of Arts in Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellevue University. Rich also has a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
