Roland Schmidt is an experienced athletic trainer with a professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Medical Coordinator for the Bellin Run at Bellin Health Sports Medicine since June 2001, Roland also works as a clinic-high school outreach athletic trainer. Previously, Roland was the Vice President and Co-Owner of Performance Medical Corp. from 2011 to January 2017, where the focus was on delivering medical coordination for mass-participatory events. Roland held the position of PR Committee Chair for the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers Association between January 2011 and 2014 and served as an athletic trainer for US Speedskating from 1998 to 2002, as well as at NovaCare, LLC from 1996 to 2002. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Concordia University-Wisconsin, earned between 1995 and 1998.
