Shondra Watson

Shondra Watson is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in therapeutic roles, currently serving as an Outpatient Therapist II at Bellin Health since December 2022. Prior to this position, Shondra worked as a Child & Family Therapist at PHOENIX BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC from June 2018 to December 2022, and held roles as a Therapist at Kimberly Welk & Associates and as a Resident Therapist at Dynamic Family Solutions. Shondra has a robust background in mental health therapy, having begun a career at Chaps Academy as a Mental Health Therapist, and previously worked as a Child Protection Worker with the Shawano County Department of Social Services. Shondra holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Professional Counseling from Concordia University-Wisconsin, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the same institution, obtained in 2008. Additionally, Shondra pursued further education at Capella University from 2018 to 2020.
