Tarek Jazmati

Tarek Jazmati, MD, is an experienced interventional radiologist currently practicing at Bellin Health since July 2021. Concurrently, Tarek serves as an independent interventional radiology resident at Rush University starting in June 2020. Prior experience includes a radiology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School from July 2016 to June 2020 and a general surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio from July 2015 to June 2016. Tarek earned an MD in Medicine from Damascus University between 2007 and 2014 and has completed additional training through various externships and fellowships, including a cardiology elective in the Coronary Care Unit at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, a research fellowship at The MRI Institute for Biomedical Research, and an externship with the Southern Arizona Limb Salvage Alliance.
